For drinkers who demand depth, D’USSÉ XO steps up: every eau-de-vie is at least ten years old, hand-selected from Château de Cognac’s stone cellars by Michel Casavecchia Extended maturation in seasoned French oak concentrates fruit and develops velvet tannins. On the nose, ripe blackberry and sun-dried apricot mingle with sandalwood. The palate unfurls in waves: dark chocolate, roasted walnut, maple syrup and a hint of cigar box culminate in an exceptionally balanced finish, lingering but never cloying 

Presentation matches the liquid’s grandeur: a heavy black glass decanter crowned by the D’USSÉ cross, ideal for mantel display or prestige gifting. Yet the spirit isn’t just ornament. Sip neat at 18 °C from a tulip glass to parse its complexity, or add two drops of spring water to unlock hidden florals. At 40 % ABV it stands tall beside rich desserts, think molten chocolate cake, or after-dinner cigars.
