Nigerian Chapman:

Ingredients:
2 oz Fanta or Sprite
2 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 oz Grenadine syrup
1 oz lemon or lime juice
Slices of cucumber, orange, and lemon
Ice
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add the Fanta or Sprite.
Pour in the Angostura Aromatic Bitters, Grenadine syrup, and lemon/lime juice.
Stir gently.
Garnish with slices of cucumber, orange, and lemon. Serve with a long straw.
Zobo Mojito:

Ingredients:
2 oz Zobo (Hibiscus) drink
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
6-8 fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons sugar
Crushed ice
Instructions:
In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together.
Add the fresh lime juice and white rum.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top it off with Zobo (Hibiscus) drink.
Stir gently, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.


Tiger Nut Colada:

Ingredients:
2 oz Tiger Nut milk
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks
Crushed ice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine Tiger Nut milk, coconut cream, white rum, and pineapple juice.
Blend until smooth.
Fill a glass with crushed ice.
Pour the blended mixture over the ice.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and a cherry.


Nigerian Ginger Mule:

Ingredients:
2 oz ginger beer
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Slices of fresh ginger
Ice
Instructions:
Fill a copper mug with ice.
Add vodka and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Stir gently.
Garnish with slices of fresh ginger and a lime wheel.
Sobolo Sangria:

Ingredients:
2 oz Sobolo (Hibiscus) drink
3 oz red wine
1 oz brandy
Slices of orange, lemon, and apple
Ice
Instructions:
In a wine glass, combine Sobolo, red wine, and brandy.
Add slices of orange, lemon, and apple.
Fill the glass with ice.
Stir gently and let it sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
